BMA Leads TTR Ranking in Inbound M&A Transactions in Latin America
BMA ranks first in the "Top Domestic Co-Counsel: The Inbound Shortlist 2025" (by deal value), according to “M&A in Latin America 2026: A Guide for US & UK Legal Advisors,” published by Transactional Track Record (TTR).
The publication provides a comprehensive analysis of M&A activity across Latin America and the leading law firms involved, serving as a key reference for US- and UK-based legal advisors acting as co-counsel on cross-border transactions in the region, consolidating insights on both deal activity and the main firms engaged in these transactions.
In 2025, Brazil was Latin America’s largest inbound M&A market, with USD 19.3 billion in foreign investment, representing a 14% increase year over year. BMA led the ranking by deal value, advising on USD 6.5 billion in transactions.
This result underscores BMA’s leading position in advising foreign clients and supporting cross-border transactions, and highlights our expertise in complex, large-scale deals.
We congratulate the entire BMA team on this important achievement.
*Inbound transactions refer to investments and acquisitions carried out by foreign companies in Latin America.
