BMA has a new Environmental Law and Climate Change Partner

We are delighted to announce that Fernanda Tanure has joined BMA Advogados as a new partner in our Environmental Law and Climate Change practice. 

With more than 15 years’ experience, Fernanda is known for her work in administrative and civil environmental litigation, management of contaminated areas, and resolution of environmental conflicts. Over the course of her career, she has earned recognition both for her experience in government, as head of the Legal Department of the State of São Paulo Environmental Company - CETESB, and in private practice, where she acted in cases of national and international importance. Her practice focuses on management of contaminated areas and infrastructure projects in the energy, mining, steelworks, manufacturing, basic sanitation, agribusiness and real estate sectors.
