BMA is recognized in the “Highlight” category by the CESA Seal
We are proud to announce that, once again, we have been recognized in the “Highlight” category of the CESA Seal - Gender Equity, an initiative by Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados in partnership with TREE Diversidade consultancy.
This marks the third edition of this initiative, which aims to promote inclusion projects and set goals for the advancement and recognition of women professionals within law firms, both in legal and administrative roles. Currently, women make up 56% of BMA’s members, working across various areas and levels of seniority.
Among the initiatives of the BMA Women, we are pleased to highlight the second edition of the Mentoring Program for women, aimed at accelerating the career progression of our professionals, and the launch of the Minimum Agenda to promote female leadership, an initiative by Aliança Jurídica pela Equidade de Gênero, of which we are a part.
We commend the efforts of all diversity advocates and members of the BMA Women and BMA Diversity committees, who help make our firm increasingly diverse.
