Quintoandar’s acquisition of the Navent Group’s real estate operations, with BMA as legal counsel, wins in the Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards

QuintoAndar’s acquisition of the Navent group’s real estate operations, which involved various BMA practice areas, won in the category “Mergers & Acquisitions: private companies” in the 16th edition of the Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards.  

BMA acted for QuintoAndar in acquiring the Navent group’s real estate operations in Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and México.  In selecting the winning transactions, Latin Lawyer considers criteria such as their complexity and importance in the relevant market. 

The awards ceremony took place on May 6th at Hotel Unique in São Paulo.
