​In interview for WTR, our partner Antonella Carminatti talk about intellectual property, impacts of the Madrid Protocol in Brazil, points of attention that a trademark holder of should keep in mind when entering into negotiations on trademark licensing and other relevant issues to the area.  

Antonella also shared part of her work in litigation and trademark licensing, and her practice as a member of the Board of Directors of the ABPI - Brazilian Intellectual Property Association.
