BMA Wins Recognition at the IFLR Americas Awards 2025

​We are proud to share that BMA has been named National Law Firm of the Year – Brazil (Restructuring) at the IFLR Americas Awards 2025. In addition, the Light restructuring, with BMA as legal counsel, was awarded Deal of the Year – Restructuring.

The International Financial Law Review awards celebrate high-impact transactions and honor legal teams behind innovative solutions that contribute to a stronger global business environment.

Our partner Eduardo G. Wanderley represented BMA at the awards ceremony held on Wednesday of last week in New York.

This recognition reflects the outstanding work done by our Restructuring and Insolvency team, which has gained increasing international visibility. Over the past year, the practice has received eight additional awards from leading legal directories, highlighting both individual and team achievements.
