Professional experience
Ana Luiza was in charge of the defense of several administrative proceedings before the CVM and the National Financial System Resource ouncil – CRSFN.
Her experience covers all phases of the administrative process, from legal advice during investigations and pre-sanctioning processes and the elaboration of a defense strategy in sanctioning processes, to her final judgment by the CRSFN. Ana Luiza also works in conflict prevention, advising the management of publicly-held companies and other market participants.
She was an advisor to the CVM Collegiate (2019-2021), having actively participated in discussions involving the regulation of the capital market, including the new rules for the disclosure of information on a material act or fact, meetings of publicly-held companies, disclosure of corporate demands, public offers, BDRs, investment and intermediary funds and regulatory sandbox.
