Giovana Zandonadi

Giovana handles proceedings initiated by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) involving allegations of insider trading, unfair practices, and fraudulent transactions, as well as advising clients on investigations related to mergers and acquisitions and compliance with fiduciary duties by officers, directors, and controlling shareholders.

She also acts in proceedings brought by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) concerning mismanagement of financial institutions and foreign exchange violations, in addition to proceedings initiated by BSM Market Supervision.

Her practice encompasses all stages of administrative proceedings, from legal assistance during investigations or preliminary procedures, including the development of defense strategies, through to the final judgment before the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN).
