Works on consultative matters related to transactions involving corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as advising on daily corporate activities of public and private companies.

Before returning to BMA, he/she/they worked in the capital markets, specifically in the preparation of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) and Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), and in the insurance, reinsurance, and complementary pension industries, focusing on the restructuring of benefit plans and M&A operations in that sector.
