Henrique has been with BMA since 2007 as a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice areas. His focus is on banking, financial services, and regulated entities. He advises clients on financial transactions, including loans and credit facilities (both local and cross-border), debt restructuring, regulations applicable to entities governed by the Central Bank, and other matters under the Central Bank's jurisdiction, such as foreign exchange, foreign investment in Brazil, Brazilian investment abroad, and cryptoassets.
