Leonardo has extensive experience in legal matters covering transactions involving corporate reorganizations, M&A, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements, corporate disputes, among others.

Among the clients he represents are some of the largest national and international companies, operating in various sectors of the economy, such as infrastructure, energy and healthcare.

Leonardo worked at the Simpson Thacher & Bartlett office in New York, expanding his experience with operations in the United States and Latin America.
