Mila Franco Cunha

Mila advises financial institutions, publicly traded and privately held companies, investment funds, and other participants in the financial markets on complex financing and capital markets transactions. Her practice includes securities offerings, structuring and offering of investment funds, securitizations, debt restructurings, project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and other structured finance transactions.

She also has experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance documents, security instruments, and other transaction documents, including in cross-border transactions, working alongside international law firms and financial institutions. In addition to her transactional practice, she advises on regulatory matters involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), and the regulatory framework applicable to the financial and capital markets.
