Rafael has been a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice area since 2011. His practice is resourceful and versatile, covering M&A transactions, complex corporate reorganizations involving public and private companies, domestic and international transactions, general corporate affairs, regulation of public companies, and crisis management and response.
He provides strategic advice to clients in corporate disputes, in both the pre-litigation and litigation phases, working with other experts to ensure clients have comprehensive support.
Since January 2024, he has been a member of the firm's Steering Committee and as Co-Coordinator of the Corporate Practice.
