Felipe has more than 10 years of experience working with tax law. He works mainly in advising legal and physical persons about the most varied types of operation. He assists clients in matters of international tax, both in imports of goods or rights and in exports and foreign investments in private companies and finance and capital markets. Besides, he works with corporate and equity reorganizations and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) alongside large and medium-sized clients from different sectors such as agribusiness, cellulose, education, real estate, information technology, electricity generation and distribution, mining, private equity and venture capital (start-ups).

He works on tax issues related to recoveries, insolvency and debt renegotiation, having worked in one of the largest judicial reorganization processes in the country. His work also includes advising individuals on wealth management and succession planning.
