Professional experience

Gabriela advises on tax matters, with a focus on indirect taxes, complemented by nearly 10 years of solid experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation.

She has extensive experience assisting clients across a wide range of industries in corporate reorganization projects, as well as in the analysis of import, manufacturing, distribution, and service supply chains.

She also advises on the assessment and preparation of applications for the granting of special tax regimes and tax incentives, as well as their ongoing monitoring, including liaising with taxpayers and tax authorities.
