He works for public and private companies, private equity funds and other investors in domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions, portfolio sales and joint ventures in a number of different industries including the insurance, health and financial sectors. He also advises clients on legal and regulatory aspects in the areas of corporate law, capital markets and insurance.
