Barbara Rosenberg is recognized in Women in Antitrust 2021

01.10.2021 1 min read

Our Competition partner Barbara Rosenberg has been highlighted in Global Competition Review’s Women in Antitrust for the fourth time in a row.

In the 2021 edition, the guide lists 130 leading women practitioners from various jurisdictions around the world, who have contributed to the practice of antitrust law over the course of their careers, either nationally or internationally.

Barbara, who is also a member of the BMA Women Committee, shared her thoughts on this recognition and on the challenges faced by women in their careers in an interview with GCR. When asked what advice she would give to women facing challenges in their career, she said:

It is true that women suffer from impostor syndrome more than men; as such, we normally have a harder time recognising our skills, talents and accomplishments and accepting some new challenges. If that happens, reach out to your mentors and to your network – I am sure that you can get good support and advice. I learned somehow late how key it is to have a women’s network, but since I did, things have definitely developed smoother. It also helps in making sure we can have a better work and personal life balance.”

We very proud to congratulate our partner on this achievement!
