Eduarda Souza Dantas Martins Torres

Eduarda practices in civil litigation, administrative law, regulatory affairs, and infrastructure since 2022. Her experience includes judicial proceedings from trial courts to the Superior Courts (STJ and STF), at both state and federal levels, as well as administrative proceedings before the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), state and municipal audit courts, and regulatory agencies.

In addition to her litigation practice, she has advised clients on legal opinions and consultations involving public and private contracts, public procurement, concessions, and public-private partnerships (PPPs), and has contributed to the structuring of infrastructure projects in the highway and railway sectors.
