José Luiz has extensive experience in judicial and administrative labor litigation. He is specialist in business consulting, on issues related to substantive and procedural labor law. With 20 years of experience in the labor area, he has knowledge that allows him to act in defense of clients in highly complex cases, such as public civil actions, collective actions and more sensitive labor processes.
Throughout his career, he has advised the most varied business sectors, such as banks, insurance companies, construction companies, technology, oil and gas, and services, among others.
In June 2023, he joined as a lawyer in the labor area of BMA, bringing to the team his knowledge in union negotiations, definition of strategies in complex processes and litigation management, in addition to his command of 5 foreign languages.
