Larissa Medeiros Rocha

She advises companies on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including the drafting and review of employment agreements, short- and long-term incentive plans, executive compensation arrangements, and corporate policies, including diversity and inclusion policies and ESG guidelines. She has experience in negotiations with labor unions and in the structuring of collective bargaining instruments, such as profit-sharing plans, hour bank arrangements, among other matters.

Larissa also represents clients in labor and employment disputes, both in judicial and administrative proceedings, including complex individual claims and collective actions, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and the Labor Prosecution Office.

In addition, she provides labor and employment support in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, assisting corporate teams in the assessment of labor liabilities and in post-acquisition integration processes, including the harmonization of compensation and benefits.

Her clients include some of the largest Brazilian and multinational companies operating across a wide range of industries, including agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and retail.
