Professional experience

His practice focuses on Public Law matters before the Judiciary, regulatory agencies, and other governmental authorities, such as Public Prosecutor's Offices and Courts of Accounts at the municipal, state, and federal levels, and includes advising on public-private partnership projects, concessions, and public procurements in general, developing solutions and conducting risk assessment and analysis in administrative agreements.

Luis Marcelo also provides advisory services and represents clients in litigation and in internal and governmental investigations involving corruption and administrative misconduct.

Among the clients he represents are some of the largest domestic and international companies operating in various sectors of the economy, such as oil and gas, steel, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and retail.

He is currently awaiting admission to the New York Bar.
