Administrative Proceedings. Defense of companies and their executives in proceedings before government authorities such as the federal Ministry of Transparency, Inspection and Control (CGU), the Public Prosecution Services and the Public Accounts Tribunals at the federal state, and municipal levels; support in negotiation of leniency agreements.

Monitoring. Design and implementation of monitoring policies to prevent fraud and corruption.

Asset Recovery. Legal support and coordination of investigation procedures to recover assets obtained through fraud or corruption, in connection with corporate investigations or litigation.
