REGULATORY AND ANTITRUST MATTERS IN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Our work in regulatory and antitrust law not only assists clients in assessing and adapting innovative technological and internet-based structures to the conditions and limitations imposed by the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, the LGPD and any sector regulations that may apply, but also helps them to prepare for changes in the law and legal deﬁnitions, avoiding future problems.
