We advise both companies and investment funds on legal issues arising in transactions that involve real estate assets of various types and magnitudes, providing support at all stages of urban real estate projects – such as shopping centers, logistics hubs, and residential, commercial and industrial enterprises – and rural enterprises such as agricultural and forestry projects.

With our multidisciplinary team, we able to assist clients from conception to implementation of their projects, including formation of joint ventures for new enterprises, M&A transactions, competition matters arising from real estate deals, and negotiating and preparing cooperation, development, construction and financing contracts.
