Equity and leadership
Advancing gender equity is one of BMA's commitments and an important part of building a more diverse, inclusive, and innovative culture at our firm. Through BMA Women, we carry out initiatives that support professional growth, expand opportunities for women in leadership, and help build sustainable careers in the legal profession.
The program brings together mentoring, leadership development, and networking to encourage the exchange of experiences, strengthen professional networks, and create opportunities for growth. Our goal is to help build a more representative environment by supporting women's leadership and gender equity through structured, long-term initiatives.

A collaboration among some of Brazil’s leading law firms to advance gender equity in the legal profession, with a focus on expanding women’s leadership opportunities and supporting intersectional approaches that reflect diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Transparency and compliance
In compliance with Brazilian law, we make available Pay Equity Reports prepared by Brazil's Ministry of Labor and Employment using official employment data. This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, gender equity, and regulatory compliance.
