Professional experience
She has over twelve years of experience in dispute resolution, administrative disputes before regulatory agencies (ANVISA, ANTT, ANM, among others), and judicial disputes before the Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice, especially the Supreme Federal Court and the Superior Court of Justice. She has worked on disputes involving large companies, including public procurement and public contract disputes, privatizations, concession contracts, mineral rights disputes, administrative penalties, public civil actions, actions for misconduct, annulment actions, indemnity actions, and civil and corporate litigation in general.
In addition to her litigation work, she also provides consultancy on these same issues, along with experience in compliance and internal investigations, as well as litigation arising from liability under anti-corruption law.
Lívia is a member of the BMA Diversity Committee.
